As well, office machines are now being built to minimize health risks.
Appearance: Modern offices are much more personal. They are designed and built for comfort, boost employee morale, and impress customers and clients. The modern office tends to have more windows and lighting. Office furniture is more modern and chic. There is no longer a sterile and bland appearance. Paint color schemes and carpet are usually chosen to match the office furniture. There is a trend for open spacing. The height of cubicle walls is being reduced.
A Green Office: many offices are now implementing policies that will help protect the environment. Some green measures include: setting up recycling bins, using energy efficient computers, installing water coolers with biodegradable cups instead of drinking bottled water, purchasing recycled paper, storing more content on computers instead of constantly printing documents, purchasing refillable ink jets, using eco friendly kitchen utensils and dishes, using non toxic and environmentally friendly cleaners, using energy efficient light bulbs, reusing boxes, and purchasing refurbished electronics and other equipment. Health and Well Being Programs: Many employers offer ways for their employees to get healthy. This can include providing special exercise and relaxation programs such as yoga, keeping a couple of bikes nearby in case an employee wants to go for a bike ride during lunch break, setting up a room with exercise equipment such as a treadmill, and starting a walking or running club.

Even in these times of uncertainty, Spain is still attracting people from all over Europe and further afield due to its climate, culture, etc… But what to do once in Spain? The lucky few retire and live a life of idle luxury that has helped give the Costa del Sol the moniker of the “Florida of Europe”. The rest of us have to work though! For this article though I am going to look at those who plan to run a business in along the Costa del Sol.
For those of you reading this article and are EU citizens, you will be happy to know you are free to start a business here at any point. If on the other hand neither from an EU country nor are you part EEC, you will have to acquire a ‘residencia’ prior to opening a business.
Like most locations, the success or failure of the business is going to be down to you. Many potential business owners come to the Costa del Sol with a pre-conceived idea of the sort of business they will run and location that they want to be in. Without on the ground knowledge this can be dangerous, and has been proven so by the amount of individuals who have failed in Spain. This is not to say that you will not be part of the minority who were and are successful, just that the roads are no more paved with gold here in Spain than they are in your home country.

As a business you will have to decide whether to set yourself up as a sole trader (empresa individual), a partnership (sociedad civil), a limited company (sociedad limitada) or a public limited company (sociedad anonima). Each will have certain costs and benefits. This is why specialist knowledge is needed in this field through a gestoria.

And finally, the product goes into the Liquidation Phase whereby the interest almost reduced to zero. Usually, at this final phase, a new product will be launched.
So how does these information helps you on the product selection? As can be seen from the behavior, there are two phases during the product life cycle you can exploit. They are the Launching Phase and the Liquidation Phase. In the Launching Phase, this is the time where the interest in high where buyers are looking for something new and hope that they can get a good bargain from eBay. At times, due to the great interest, the buyers do not mind to pay a little more.
Whereas in the Liquidation Phase, the buyer is really looking for some big bargain. They do not mind that the product is a bit out of fashion as long as it can still function. They do not mind the reduced in features as compared to those newly launched. So, you can see, if you are selling consumer products, these are the two phases where making a sales is more likely than the middle two phases. This is because, there are no reasons for the buyer to buy from eBay when they can get the products anywhere and at the same price.
However, this product life cycle may not be applicable to antique or collectibles. For this category of merchandises, there is really no time line tag to it. The buyer will buy as long as they like what you are selling.
So as you can see, knowing the product life cycle and the way how it is being marketed in the market is crucial in your eBay product selection. Choosing the product to sell when they are in the middle two phases may not be desirable whereas choosing the product at the two extreme phases may be the best option. It is reported that buyers are expecting a reduction of between 20% to 50% off the retail price when buying on eBay. You can only give these offers most likely at the Liquidation Phase as you are able to get the product at much lower cost. This is because, the manufacturer or whole seller are trying to dispose whatever stock they have to prepare for the new model.
It was also reported that liquidation product sells for 10% to 20% of cost. This means that, they are making a lost of 80 to 90%. It was also reported that for items that are in the Launching phase, they can sell anywhere from 10 to 100% above the retail price on eBay. This is particular true that during every holiday season, popular items such as toy are typically sold out at department stores and you can generally get it at eBay. This is the time whereby you can fetch a good price for your product.
Understanding the product life cycle will definitely help you in deciding what and when to sell your product in eBay and make profit. Knowing the right time to sell your items in eBay is crucial.

1. Gather your information in bulleted form.
2. Sort these in order of importance.
3. Write out each item to sell it as part of your entire ad. This is not grammar school and complete sentences don’t count.
